COVID-19 SAFETY & HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

Commitment
The safety of our clients and colleagues is our top priority. We are committed to providing experiences and services that meet the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in the beauty and complementary therapy Industry. To enjoy your treatment we ask that clients be aware of the following standards to help us ensure your safety and comfort and that of our staff and colleagues.
Clinic & Therapist
- Our therapist has been certified in Covid-19 Infection Prevention & Control.
- Social distancing is being applied in communal staff areas.
- Enhanced cleaning protocols are being employed, which include with our treatment environments being cleaned and sanitised with the appropriate cleaning products between each treatment.
- All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment.
- One-use disposable items will be utilised wherever possible. These will be bagged and safely disposed of after each appointment.
- All non-disposable items will be changed between clients, and laundered at high temperatures.
Treatment
- We are taking daily lateral flow tests and ask you to consider doing the same before attempting your appointment.
- We will treat a maximum of 4 clients per day to allow for additional cleaning and to minimise risk.
- Our therapist will wear a face-mask, and other personal protective equipment will be utilised where appropriate.
- Our therapist will wash their hands thoroughly before and after every treatment.
- PPE will be replaced after every treatment.
Arrival & Reception
- Wherever possible, please pay for your treatment in advance by bank transfer (details are in the appointment reminder text or email.
- If this is not possible please pay by card in preference to cash. We are not accepting payment by cheque.
- We ask you to wear a face mask and to leave coats, scarves, bags etc at home, as far as is practical.
- We will check your temperature is within normal parameters using a contactless infrared forehead thermometer.
- We will escort you to the treatment room and ask you to sanitise your hands.
Please do not come to the clinic if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19, but phone us to discuss and rearrange your appointment.
